If you would like to participate to either the Partner day on Thursday 24 October or the Tourism day on Saturday 26 October, or both, please let the Secretariat know in an email to: info@ueilcongress.org

CANCELLATIONS: Any cancellation must be communicated in writing not less than 5 working days before the event and will be subject to an administration charge of €100 for the delegate conference pass. Partners’ cancellation fees is €50. We regret that no refunds will be made for invoices cancelled after this time and the full registration fee will be payable. Substitutions may be made at any time. A no-show fee of 50€ will be applied for participants who indicated, in the online registration form, that they would attend the gala dinner – and did not. 

(*) No VAT exemption are applicable to admissions to the UEIL Congress. Congress delegates will be liable to French VAT [normal rate of 20% in 2019] regardless of whether the person paying the admission is a taxable person or a private individual. Reverse charge (no VAT fees) is however applicable provided the recipient of the invoice is a taxable person established in France.
